Mr. Mondon has 17 years of experience in Tax, Accounting and Auditing services. His focus is on individual, partnership, corporate and not-for-profit taxation, and he further specializes in issues relating to real estate and construction.  Aaron is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. (CCIFP), a designation that recognizes a high level of expertise in regards to accounting and tax issues relating to specifically to the construction industry.
 
Aaron is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University. He joined CS&L in 2003 and resides in Bradenton with his wife and two children.
 
Aaron is currently active in the Sarasota Downtown Partnership, and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
