Sarasota/Bradenton, FL –
Richard D. Smith, CPA and Principal of CS&L CPAs, has been elected to the
Community Foundation of Sarasota County’s Board of Directors. “It is an honor
to be elected to this board which does so much for our community,” said Mr.
Smith. Rick also serves on the Board of Directors for the Argus Foundation, and
the Florida Sheriff’s Youth Ranch.
He is on the Board of Trustees for USF
Sarasota/Manatee Campus, Past Chairman for the USF Community Leadership Council,
Past President of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council and is a member
of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the FICPA and the Manatee County Estate Planning
Council.
Lisa Johnson, CPA and Principal
of CS&L CPAs., has been elected to the Manatee Community Foundation Board
of Directors. “I believe the Manatee Community Foundation has a group of
intelligent, hard-working staff and board members that are extremely
knowledgeable about the needs of our community. They do a fantastic job
connecting the interests of their donors with these needs,” said Mrs. Johnson.
Lisa is the Past President and Treasurer of the Junior League of Manatee
County, the Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Manatee County,
and is a member of the Manatee Community Foundation Legacy Society Committee.
Mrs. Johnson specializes in tax compliance/consulting for Estates and Gift,
Trusts, Non-profits, and small businesses.
