Lisa R. Johnson has 20 years of experience in a wide range of tax services. Mrs. Johnson specializes in Gift and Estate Taxes, Partnerships, LLC’s & S Corporations, Florida Sales Tax and FAS 109 Calculations. She has both her undergraduate and graduate degree from the University of Florida. She joined CS&L in 1993 and currently resides in Manatee County with her husband and two children.

Mrs. Johnson is a member and past president of the Estate Planning Council of Manatee County, Inc. She is also a member of the FICPA, the AICPA and the Manatee Community Foundation Legacy Society Committee. She currently sits on the board of Directors of the Manatee Community Foundation. In addition, she is a past president of the Junior League of Manatee County, a graduate of Leadership Manatee and a member of the Bradenton Country Club.
