Monique Joannette has 10 years experience in public accounting, specializing in tax accounting for individuals and businesses.  She holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems from Christopher Newport University and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. 

Joannette is a strong supporter of the community and is a Board Member of First Step and serves as Assistant Treasurer of The Women’s Exchange.  In addition, she is past Treasurer of the Sarasota Reading Festival, past Treasurer of Friends of the Selby Public Library and past Treasurer of the Sarasota Architectural Foundation.  Professionally, Joannette is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA).
