Mr. Smith has 20 years of experience in Tax Services and Mergers and Acquisitions. His experience includes working in both the public and private sector as well as working for the Internal Revenue Service. Mr. Smith started with CS&L in 2004 after working with a national firm for 9 years. At CS&L he works with both individual and corporate clients from a variety of industries including Retail, Manufacturing and Construction.
He received his MBA in Accounting from St. Johns University and his undergraduate from Franklin Pierce College. Chris currently resides in Manatee County with his wife and three sons.
He is a member of the AICPA and FICPA and is on the Federal Taxation Committee and the IRS Liaison Committee for the FICPA. Locally he is a member of the Small Business Counsel and the Legislative Affairs Committee for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he is a Board Member for GWIZ in Sarasota. |
