CS&L CPAs has been recognized as a “Best Place to Work in Tampa Bay” finalist by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. This is the 6th year the firm has been honored for its outstanding work environment.
CS&L offers professional development opportunities, internships, a mentoring program, support for employee volunteer efforts, health and wellness programs, and other benefits throughout the year. The firm strives to create an encouraging, supportive and positive work environment as part of their company mission.
The Best Places to Work program recognizes the region’s companies with the best worker moral, engagement and retention. To be considered as a “Best Place to Work,” nominated companies are required to administer a detailed survey to employees, asking them to review their experience with the firm based on specific criteria. CS&L CPAs has made the list of finalists since 2009. The 2014 finalists were honored at an awards ceremony on April 24th in Tampa.
