Susan O’Neal Thompson, CPA; Principal at CS&L CPAs, has been honored with the state-wide “Women to Watch” Award, presented by the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). The “Women to Watch” Awards recognize outstanding women leaders in the field of accounting.
Thompson was recognized in the “Experienced Leader” category at the opening keynote of the Mega CPE Conference in Orlando on June 11, 2015. Thompson’s involvement with local community organizations, in addition to her evident commitment to clients and employees, were cited as distinguishing characteristics that led to her being named an award winner.
“I’m honored to be the recipient of this prestigious award. Women are initiating positive change in the accounting industry and it’s a wonderful feeling to be recognized by the FICPA for my efforts and dedication to the profession,” says Thompson.
Susan O’Neal Thompson, CPA, is a Tax Principal at CS&L CPAs and will be the Principal in charge of the CS&L CPAs Tampa office, opening in August, 2015. Thompson has over 24 years experience in a variety of tax and audit services. She specializes in individuals, non-profit organizations, foundations, developers and pass-through entities.
